'CODE BLUE' EMERGENCY COIN-OP ARCADE REPAIR
Your game is put ahead of all other field service calls.

Include the words Code Blue in either the Comments section of the online Repair Form or in the Subject line of an Email.

Please use our Game Repair Request Form for all "house call", commercial and "Code Blue" coin operated game repair.
Coin Operated Video Arcade games and Pinball Machines are repaired at the same hourly rate.

'CODE BLUE' Priority Emergency Game Repair Service.
$90 per hour for 'Code Blue' service. (one hour minimum).

Field Service Rates:
$70 per hour (one hour minimum) $17.50 per quarter hour after first hour.

$45 per hour for game Refurbishment / Restoration
(Pinball Machines and Video Games. In shop service only rate)

Fees & Travel Expenses:
Diagnostic Fee - $35 Charged if the game or monitor is not repairable.

Field Service Fee $75  This fee is waived if the game is delivered to our repair shop in South Austin, Texas

Game Transportation / Travel Fee - $100 Applies if the game is outside our normal service area.

Pinball Medic Amusements charges 50 cents per mile if we have to travel outside our normal service area (35 mile radius of central Austin).
Mileage is in addition to the Field Service or Game Transportation Fees.
We will not charge both a Field Service Fee and a Game Transportation Fee on the same service call.

$70 per hour (one hour minimum)
$35 diagnostic fee (If non-repairable)

*We except checks and money orders for parts, dollies and game sells ordered on-line with destinations inside the U.S.A.
A waiting period will be imposed on new customers not paying with cash and residing outside of our normal service area.

Our Field Service Area is limited to a 35 mile radius of the Austin, Texas area unless special arrangements are made one week prior to the service call. Additional fees and mileage charges apply to non service area game repair. Coin Operated Game Restorations can not be performed as Field Service.
We can repair and restore Williams, Bally, Gottlieb, Stern, Data East and Sega Pinball games.
A typical pinball game refurbishment takes 12 to 18 hours to complete. Electro-mechanical pinballs take longer to refurbish then any other type of Arcade game.
A full and complete arcade game (Video or Pinball) restoration can increase the amount of labor 10 to 20 hours.

Pinball Medic charges $45 per Hour for a game refurbishment for both Pinball Machines and Video Games.

A game title specific payment is required to start a Coin-Op machine repair, refurbishment or restoration.
This payment is dependent on the estimated cost of the replacement parts and the estimated total cost of the work to be done and is deducted from the total bill after the work has been completed.
Typically, the larger the 'retail market value' and playfield complexity of a pinball usually indicates more parts and perhaps playfield detailing will be needed for a total game refurbishment or restoration.

The game's condition, cabinet carpentry work, extensive board repair, control panel repair, monitor repair, playfield complexity & condition, cost of side art, cost of replacement parts will all affect the final cost of the refurbishment or restoration.

No Gottlieb mailed in board repair or game rom programming is available.

We cannot fix Video game boards by mail, "HOME version" arcades and pinball machines and any type of gambling device (8 liners,slots).
